Privacy Policy
PurpleDaisy is the name Manish Kumar (“we”, “us”) publishes apps under. This policy covers this website, bypurpledaisy.com. Each app has its own privacy policy.
Our apps
Meridian has no account and no servers. Your records are never sent to us, the only data collected is App Store purchase history through RevenueCat, and there are no analytics in the app. Read the Meridian Privacy Policy.
This website
Unlike our apps, this website uses two analytics tools to see which pages people visit and how they use them:
- Google Analytics (Google): pages you visit, how you arrived (for example from a search engine), your approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), your device, browser and screen size, and how long you stay. We have turned off Google signals and advertising personalization. Google keeps this data for up to 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, shown to us as heatmaps and session recordings. The website’s text is masked in recordings. Microsoft keeps recordings for 30 days and summary data for up to 13 months.
We use this only to improve the website. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell it. Google and Microsoft may process this data in the United States.
Your choice
- If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, neither tool loads until you choose “Allow”. To decide whether to ask, the site checks which country your connection comes from; the country is not stored.
- Everywhere else, the tools load unless you turn them off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as “Don’t allow”.
- You can change your choice at any time: . Choosing “Don’t allow” removes their cookies from this site.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. With analytics allowed, these are set:

Microsoft may also set its own cookies on its domains when Clarity loads (CLID, MUID, MR, SM, ANONCHK). Microsoft says MUID is used across Microsoft sites for advertising, site analytics and other purposes. We tell Clarity that advertising storage is not allowed. See Microsoft’s list.
The site also remembers your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage, so we don’t ask again.
Hosting and email
The site is hosted by Vercel, which, like any web host, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply; our email is provided by Google (Gmail).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU, the UK GDPR, or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. For people in the EU, UK and Switzerland, website analytics runs only on your consent. Email us and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
